good idea

The elderly and the children are not the only ones benefiting from playing. A recent study showed that games help a lot when it comes to anorexia treatment. All sort of games keep the patient busy and even if we are using our brain, games relax our mind.

Meditation

Good article, would add that Health is More Important Then Wealth.

One of the things I do to relax is to meditate and visualize, and act
"as if" it is already done. Try to meditate for about 15 minutes per day.

Always start my day with mose positive thinking books or cd's and end the
same day with similar.

If you fill your mind in the morning and before you go to bed, with all the junk on the TV and News, that is what your mind will focus on.

Focus on the positive, law of atrraction, like minded people.

Life is far, far too short not to enjoy it.

Warm Regards and God Bless
